A Trusted Jeans Manufacturer From China Since 2004!

How Can You Be Sure Your Sustainable Jeans Are Truly Sustainable?

Your customers demand sustainable products. But the denim supply chain is full of false claims, putting your brand at risk of being accused of greenwashing.

We provide fully GOTS and Oeko-Tex certified fabrics, backed by a digital traceability system1 and complete documentation. This gives you the hard proof you need to confidently market your jeans as sustainable.

In my 20-plus years in this business, the conversation has changed. It used to be all about the look, the feel, the wash. Now, for designers like you, the story behind the jeans is just as important.

Your customers want to know where the cotton was grown and if the workers were treated fairly. They want proof.

I've built my factory around providing that proof. We don't just make claims; we provide the certificates and the data to back them up, so you can build a brand that is as honest as it is beautiful.

Can you supply GOTS or Oeko-Tex certified fabrics?

You want to use organic or chemically-safe fabrics. But you are finding it hard to source certified materials that also meet your specific design needs for weight, texture, and washability.

Yes, we can source both GOTS certified organic-content denim2 and Oeko-Tex Standard 1003 certified fabrics. We ensure the material meets your design needs and global safety standards.

Using certified fabrics is the foundation of any sustainable denim line4. We make this process straightforward for you.

We have established relationships with mills that specialize in these materials. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is your proof for organic content.

It guarantees the denim contains at least 70% certified organic cotton and meets strict environmental and social criteria throughout the production chain. Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is your proof of chemical safety.

It certifies that the fabric has been tested for hundreds of harmful substances and is safe for human health, from baby clothes to adult wear. We provide you with the official certificates from the fabric mill for every batch you order.

We can source these fabrics in a range of weights, typically from a lightweight 8oz to a heavy 16oz, and in various weaves, ensuring your sustainable choices never compromise your creative vision.

How do you track the origin and supply chain data?

You claim your jeans have a traceable supply chain5. But without a real system to back it up, it's just a marketing phrase that savvy customers and retailers will question.

We use a digital tracking platform that logs data from the cotton farm to the finished fabric. Every batch has a unique code, giving you a transparent view of its entire journey.

True traceability is about data, not just stories. That's why we invested in a digital system to create a clear and verifiable chain of custody for our sustainable materials.

For every batch of certified fabric we procure, we receive a unique tracking code from the mill. This code links to a database that contains key information about each step of the process.

This includes the origin of the organic cotton, the spinning mill that turned it into yarn, the weaving mill that created the denim, and the dyeing facility that gave it its color.

For each of these steps, we can pull data on production dates, quality checks, and transportation logs. We can then provide this information to you in a detailed supply chain report.

This gives you the specific, factual information you need to confidently share your product's journey with your customers, turning a simple claim into a verifiable fact.

What documentation proves my jeans are sustainably produced?

A major retail partner asks for your sustainability compliance documents6. If you cannot produce them quickly, you could lose the contract and damage your brand's credibility.

We provide a complete documentation package with every shipment. This includes fabric certificates, factory audits, and regulatory compliance statements for key markets like the EU and US.

Proof is everything in the world of sustainability. We make sure you have all the necessary paperwork organized and ready. We provide these documents in both digital and physical formats, so you are always prepared.

Here’s what our standard documentation package includes:

  • Fabric-Level Proof: The official, valid GOTS or Oeko-Tex certificates for the specific batch of fabric used in your production run. This also includes lab test reports that check for substances like formaldehyde and heavy metals.
  • Factory-Level Proof: Our own environmental certifications, such as the ISO 14001 for environmental management. We also provide reports on our resource-saving processes, like data showing the water reduction achieved through our laser and ozone finishing techniques.
  • Market-Level Proof: For clients selling in Europe, we provide a Declaration of Conformity for REACH regulations7. For those selling in the United States, we provide one for CPSIA. This confirms your product meets the specific environmental and safety laws of your target market.

How do you help me avoid greenwashing claims8?

Every brand is screaming "eco-friendly." You are worried that your genuine efforts will get lost in the noise or, worse, be dismissed as empty marketing or "greenwashing."

We avoid greenwashing by using only credible, third-party certifications9 and transparent data. We never use vague terms and our factory is regularly audited to ensure our claims are always verifiable.

The best way to fight greenwashing is with undeniable proof. My entire approach is built on this principle. We do not invent our own "eco-friendly" logos or make vague claims.

Instead, we rely on the industry's most respected third-party organizations to verify our work. When we say a fabric is organic, it is because we have a GOTS certificate from Control Union to prove it.

We are also regularly audited by organizations like BSCI for social compliance and environmental practices. We make the results of these audits available to our clients.

Instead of saying we "save water," we provide data: "This ozone wash process uses 65% less water than a traditional stone wash." We are transparent about our processes and our partners.

This focus on verifiable facts and third-party validation protects you from any accusation of greenwashing and builds real, lasting trust with your customers.
