A Trusted Jeans Manufacturer From China Since 2004!

How Does Door-to-Door Shipping from China Actually Work?

Your jeans are finally finished, but now they are 7,000 miles away. You face the confusing world of international logistics, customs, and hidden fees, fearing your profit will disappear in transit.

A reliable factory manages the entire door-to-door (DDP) process1 for you. We partner with top freight forwarders2, provide clear shipping quotes, offer real-time tracking, and ensure your cargo is fully insured.

In my 20 years in this business, I've learned that making a great pair of jeans is only half the job.

The other half is getting it to you safely and efficiently. The world of shipping can be complicated, but it shouldn't be your problem.

A true manufacturing partner doesn't just wave goodbye to your boxes at the factory gate.

We see the project through until the goods are sitting in your warehouse. We have built a simple, transparent logistics system so you can focus on building your brand, not on navigating customs forms.

Who Will Actually Handle My Jeans During Shipping?

You worry an unknown, low-cost shipping company will handle your valuable products. This could lead to lost boxes, long delays, and no one to call when things go wrong.

We partner with major global freight forwarders like DHL, Kuehne + Nagel, and Maersk. For specific routes, we also use trusted local experts who have deep experience with regional customs.

Trust is the most important part of our relationship. That trust extends to the logistics partners we choose.

For most shipments to Europe and the US, we work with the biggest names in the world because they have the most reliable networks and the best technology.

We have long-standing accounts with companies like DHL Global Forwarding and DB Schenker. However, sometimes a global giant isn't the best choice.

For shipments to emerging markets or routes that require special handling, we use specialized Chinese forwarders like Sinotrans. They have incredible on-the-ground knowledge and can often clear customs faster than anyone else.

Our process is flexible. If you have your own preferred freight forwarder, we are happy to work with them.

If not, we will get quotes from two or three of our trusted partners and recommend the best option for you based on your priorities of speed versus cost.

How Is My Final Shipping Cost Calculated?

You receive a shipping quote, but you fear hidden costs will appear later. You cannot have surprise fees for fuel, customs, or delivery blow up your budget and ruin your margins.

The cost is based on the shipment's chargeable weight3 or volume, the transport method, and your final address. Our DDP quotes are all-inclusive, covering everything from our door to yours, including taxes.

We believe in total transparency with costs, especially shipping. Here is how we calculate your final price.

First, we determine the "chargeable weight." For sea freight, the price is based on the total volume in cubic meters (CBM).

For air or express shipping, the price is based on whichever is greater: the actual weight in kilograms or the "volumetric weight."

We will calculate both and show you the result. Second, the quote includes all the core components of a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipment.

This means one price covers the pickup from our factory, the main sea or air transport, all customs clearance4 fees at both ends, all import duties5 and taxes for your country, and the final truck delivery to your specified warehouse address.

We will clearly list any potential extra fees, like a fuel surcharge or a remote delivery fee, so you see the complete picture upfront. There are no surprise bills.

Will I Know Where My Shipment Is at All Times?

Your jeans have left the factory, but now you are completely in the dark. This silence creates anxiety and makes it impossible to plan for the arrival of your inventory.

Yes, you will get a tracking number6 and a link to the forwarder's online portal. This allows you to see real-time status updates for every key step of the journey, from pickup to final delivery.

Once your shipment is on its way, you should never have to wonder where it is.

As soon as your order is picked up by the freight forwarder, we will send you all the tracking information.

This will be a Master Bill of Lading (for sea) or an Air Waybill (for air) number.

You can enter this number directly on the forwarder's public website, like DHL's or Maersk's. You will see clear updates for all the major milestones.

These milestones include: departed from origin, cleared China customs, on board vessel, arrived at destination port, cleared import customs, and out for final delivery.

We don't just give you a number and walk away. My team also monitors the shipment's progress.

If we see any potential delays or issues at a port, we will contact you proactively to let you know what is happening and what the new estimated arrival date is. Communication is everything.

What Happens If My Jeans Are Lost or Damaged in Transit?

You imagine the worst: a container lost at sea or a forklift accident crushing your boxes. Your entire investment could be wiped out in an instant, with no one taking responsibility.

We protect your investment by insuring every shipment under an "All Risks" policy. This comprehensive insurance covers loss, damage, and theft, ensuring you are financially compensated if the unexpected happens.

While shipping is very safe today, accidents are still possible. That's why we don't leave anything to chance.

We insure every shipment, and we recommend the best type of coverage, which is called "All Risks" insurance.

This is the most comprehensive policy available and it covers nearly every type of damage or loss from external causes, like a storm, a fire, or theft. We can arrange the insurance for you, and the cost will be included in our DDP quote.

The insured amount is typically calculated at 110% of the total value of your goods plus shipping costs.

This extra 10% is to cover any additional expenses you might have. In the very rare event that you need to make a claim, the process is straightforward.

You must document any damage immediately with photos and an official report from the delivery driver.

We will then help you submit all the necessary paperwork, like the commercial invoice and bill of lading, to the insurance company to process your claim quickly.
